Thank you for using our products and services ("Service"). The Service is provided by AI Piping Pte Ltd ("AI Piping", “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 160 ROBINSON ROAD, #14-04, SINGAPORE (068914). By using our Service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Description of Service
AI Piping grants you access to its AI-powered sales prospecting automation tools, which can be accessed via a web interface at www.dash.aipiping.com. You also understand that the Service may include certain communications from AI Piping, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are related to the provision of the Service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or tools released by us in relation to the Service shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions. The Service is an online product that requires access via an internet or other network connection. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary internet or network connection to access AI Piping’s Service, and you are responsible for the associated third-party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges) for the connectivity to the Service. Additionally, you are responsible for procuring and maintaining all equipment necessary to connect to the Service. The quality of the Service that you experience may depend on your connectivity and equipment. AI Piping is not responsible for any claims or losses that arise as a result of your connectivity and equipment.
Registration and Use of Service
As a registered user of AI Piping’s Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or AI Piping has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, AI Piping has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). When you use the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all the relevant rights and permissions (including all intellectual property rights) to the information provided by you in the course of your use of the Services. For the purposes of providing the Services to you, through this license, which is worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free, you grant AI Piping all necessary permissions and rights. You shall assume sole liability for such information and the provision of the same to AI Piping. You shall not use the Service to build a similar or competitive work.
No Resale or Redistribution of Service
You are permitted to use the Service internally within the company for the purpose of sales prospecting and outreach. Except as expressly authorized by AI Piping, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, permit access, transfer, assign, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or computer code that powers the Service. You are responsible for all use made of the Service using your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your online account credentials.
Intellectual Property
Using our Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access. All materials and all intellectual property rights in respect of the Services provided therein (including all underlying technology, modifications, and work products created in or arising from the same) shall remain the property of AI Piping, and nothing shall operate as a transfer of such rights. For the avoidance of doubt, no other rights except access to the Service are granted.
Account Access
You must provide your valid email address and any other information requested to complete the registration process. Account registration must be completed by a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted. Your login may only be used by one user. A single login shared by multiple users is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to the Service if we observe any suspicious activity in your account that reasonably indicates you willingly and/or knowingly shared your credentials with another user. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AI Piping cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Service and Marketing Messages
By registering an account at AI Piping, you're giving us your permission to send email notifications to the email address that you have specified upon registration. These email notifications may include updates to AI Piping’s products, tips and tutorials on using AI Piping tools, and system messages. You also have the option to subscribe to promotional offers and weekly updates from the AI Piping blog, which is not obligatory for completing the registration process. Please be advised that you can opt out from any of these optional emails at any time by using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link included at the bottom of each email we send you. We may send messages or emails via our own mailing service or via a third-party service.
Unauthorized Uses
You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or AI Piping. You may not reverse engineer object code or reuse source code provided in relation to the Service. This includes any and all JavaScript. Doing so may breach AI Piping’s intellectual property rights. You shall not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive or malicious nature. You agree not to modify any code provided in relation to the Service in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of such code, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface provided by AI Piping for accessing the Service and shall not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, functionality, or performance of the Service or its components. All unnatural means or unlawful attempts to access our Service, website, server, or database, including by means of automatic tools such as scrapers or bots, are prohibited. We may terminate, suspend, and/or block your access if we determine that your use or access of our Service violates our terms. Subject to the other restrictions stated herein, you may only use automated tools to access our Service through the Application Program Interfaces (APIs) that we provide.
Blocking of IP Addresses
In order to protect the integrity of the Service, AI Piping reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block registrants and subscribers from certain IP addresses from accessing the Service. If you believe your IP address has been blocked mistakenly, you may wish to contact us at info@aipiping.com.
Tax and Fees
Our prices and charges for the Service are comprehensive and include all taxes, fees, service charges, and setup fees. This ensures transparency and simplicity in our billing process, allowing you to understand the full cost upfront without any hidden fees. The displayed prices on our invoices or any quoted price include all applicable taxes and fees in accordance with the laws. As such, when you pay for our Service, you can rest assured that the amount reflects the total cost, encompassing the service charge, setup fee, and all taxes.
AI Piping has taken the initiative to incorporate all necessary taxes and fees into the pricing of our services to simplify the payment process for our customers. This approach eliminates the need for additional calculations or concerns about tax exemption status. Consequently, there is no requirement for you to provide tax exemption certificates or other documentation to substantiate exemption status, as all applicable taxes and fees are already included in the price you pay.
However, should there be any changes in tax laws or regulations that affect the pricing of our services, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly to comply with such legal requirements. We commit to providing clear communication about any such changes in a timely manner.
By choosing AI Piping, you agree to this all-inclusive pricing model, which is designed to provide clarity and ease in your financial transactions with us, ensuring that the amount paid always corresponds to the complete service offering, without the need for any additional tax or fee payments on your part.
Refund Policy
Unless required by law, AI Piping is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time or for any reason.
Cancellation of Service by AI Piping
In addition to the above, AI Piping reserves the right to cancel the Service unilaterally under the following circumstances: You are in breach of any of these terms; We detect unusual usage patterns or unauthorized uses in relation to the Service; You attempt to inflict damage or harm our reputation, work, or Service; In response to requests from law enforcement or other public agencies; You become a subject of a petition in bankruptcy or any other proceeding relating to insolvency, cessation of business, liquidation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors.
Cancellation of Service by User
Unless stated or agreed otherwise in writing, all contracts automatically renew at the end of the initial term. Users can cancel by providing written notice at least five days ahead of renewal.
Data Collection and Use
You understand and agree that AI Piping may anonymize and aggregate any data you share with the Service and use it without identifying you for purposes of improving the Service.
Modifications to Service
We are constantly changing and improving the Service. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop the Service altogether. AI Piping may also stop providing the Service to you, or add or create new limits to our Service at any time. You agree that AI Piping shall not be liable, to you or to any third party, for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. AI Piping reserves the right to amend and change any subscription plan and/or adjust the pricing of the Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as AI Piping may determine in its sole and absolute discretion.
Links
The Service may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Since AI Piping has no control over such sites or resources, you acknowledge and agree that AI Piping is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, does not endorse said sites/resources, and is not responsible, nor liable for any content, advertising, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that AI Piping shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify and keep AI Piping and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents indemnified against any and all claims, demands, actions, judgments, obligations, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses incurred as a result of (a) your breach of any of these terms; (b) any infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property right arising directly or indirectly from your actions or omissions; and/or (c) your violation of any applicable laws.
Liability for our Service
The Service and all information provided therein are on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty. AI Piping does not guarantee or warrant that the Service (including any products or data) will meet your requirements, be secure, timely, accurate, error-free, bug-free, virus-free, uninterrupted, comply with applicable law, or that AI Piping will correct all errors. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Piping EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, PAST OR PRESENT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, AND AI Piping SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Piping WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF REPUTATION AND/OR CONTRACT, DOWNTIME COSTS, INCREASED EXPENSE OF OPERATION, LOSS OF OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF AI Piping, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICE AGAIN). TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Piping WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE. AI Piping shall not be responsible for any delay in performance or non-performance due to any cause which is beyond the reasonable control of AI Piping.
Regulatory Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are at all times in compliance with all applicable laws (including any and all applicable sanctions and export control regulations) in respect of all activities conducted herein as well as your usage of the Services.
Contacting AI Piping
AI Piping may be contacted by email at info@aipiping.com. By contacting AI Piping, you grant AI Piping a right to use any ideas, information, designs, or other material contained in any communication, except where you have clearly reserved such rights in writing. Any comments or feedback provided by you to AI Piping may be acted upon by AI Piping without any obligation to you. All parties take into consideration that email is not a secure, guaranteed medium of communication. Emails should only be regarded as received by AI Piping if you receive a manually created response. You should understand that communication from AI Piping via email is not intended to be legally binding unless expressly stated.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the Service, for example, to reflect changes to the law or changes to our Service. You should look at the online version of our terms regularly. We’ll post notices of modifications to these terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than seven days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for the Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for the Service, you should discontinue the use of our Service. These terms control the relationship between AI Piping and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If any of these terms are found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remaining terms will still be valid and enforceable. These terms and all matters based upon, arising out of, or relating in any way to these terms, as well as the interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement of these terms, shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the purposes of any suit, action, or other proceedings.

We have designed our infrastructure, applications, and tools to empower you to strengthen and leverage your vital relationships when they matter most, without concerns about data security or privacy. Our Privacy Promise: No one will access, read, or delete your emails. When AI Piping connects to your email server, we only retrieve the minimum amount of information necessary for our services to function efficiently. Our server stores only the emails you have sent via AI Piping and any responses you have received to those emails, enabling us to detect replies and allowing you access to them within the application. You retain ownership of your data. Your personal data will remain private in accordance with this policy and to the fullest extent permitted by law. Have additional questions? This Privacy Policy (“Agreement” or “Policy”) outlines how AI Piping uses and safeguards any personal information we collect and store. For the purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” is defined as information about an identifiable individual but does not include aggregated information that cannot be associated with a specific individual. For the purpose of this Agreement, “Services” refers to the Company’s website, accessible at www.aipiping.com (“Website”), our applications, or any other services we may provide to you, as further described in our Terms of Service. By accepting our Policy and our Terms of Service, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, processing, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Policy. Should your organization act as a data controller under the ‘General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679’ of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you will need to sign or agree to an additional Data Processing Agreement with AI Piping to process data within our Services.
1.2. Revision of the Privacy Policy
AI Piping reserves the right to revise, modify, or update this Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms. Should we make any significant changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on our Website or conspicuously within the Services, and if you subscribe to our Subscription Service, by providing notice through in-app Notifications.
2. Use of our services
2.1. Our customers use
You can utilize the Services to initiate communication campaigns aimed at reaching out to or nurturing prospects for sales, marketing, or customer success purposes. AI Piping does not oversee the content of these campaigns (including text, email, or other communications templates) or the kinds of information that our customers decide to collect or manage using the Services. This information is owned by you and is used, disclosed, and protected according to their own privacy policies, not falling under this Privacy Policy. AI Piping processes our customers' information as directed by them, in line with our agreements, and stores it on our service providers’ servers. However, we do not control its collection or management. Our agreements with our customers restrict us from using that information, except as necessary to deliver and enhance the Services, as allowed by this Privacy Policy, and as mandated by law. We do not directly interact with individuals who provide Personal Information to our customers. AI Piping recognizes that you have the right to access your Personal Information. You are responsible for correcting, deleting, or updating the information collected from you using the Services. Upon a request to remove data, we will respond in a reasonable timeframe. We may assist our customers in notifying their visitors about their data collection, processing, and usage practices. Our agreements explicitly forbid the use of the Services to collect, manage, or process Sensitive Information. We are not accountable for how customers utilize information within the Services. AI Piping collects information under the direction of its customers and does not have a direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Information it processes. If you are a client of one of our customers and wish to no longer be contacted by them through our Services, please reach out directly to the customer you interact with. We may transfer Personal Information to companies that assist us in providing our Services. Such transfers to subsequent third parties are governed by our processing agreements with our customers.
2.2. “Sensitive Information”
This term refers to credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, or similar personal identifiers, as well as racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health condition or information, or other employment, financial, or health information. Sensitive information also includes credentials to AI Piping application services or email accounts (Google or other providers) that are connected to the AI Piping application.
3. Information We Collect
When you provide AI Piping with your Personal Information, you consent to our sharing your information with any third parties necessary to offer, support, and improve the Services. AI Piping also collects Personal Information from you when you place an order, including your name, physical address, and email address. AI Piping uses this data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders or communicating with you and AI Piping's partners regarding the Services.
3.1. When You Visit our Website
You are free to explore our Website without providing any Personal Information about yourself. AI Piping collects your Personal Information when you register and open an account with us to help operate and support the Services and to contact you in connection with your use of the Services. We also collect navigational information.
3.2. “Personal Information”
This refers to any information you voluntarily submit to us that identifies you personally, including contact information such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.
3.3. “Navigational Information”
This refers to information about your computer and your visits to and use of the Services, such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, and pages viewed. We use this information for the above purposes and to monitor and analyze the use of the Services, for the Services’ technical administration, to increase our Services’ functionality and user-friendliness, to verify users have the authorization needed for the Services to process their requests, and for advertising purposes.
3.4. Payment Information
We collect and process payment information from you when you subscribe to the Service, including credit card numbers and billing information, using third-party PCI-compliant service providers. Except for this, we do not collect Sensitive Information from you.
3.5. Information About Children
The Websites and our Services are not intended for or targeted at children under 13, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 13. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 13, please contact us at [AI Piping contact email], so that we may delete the information.
3.6. Information You Provide
You may also provide us with information that you post to the Services. Your questions, answers, and other contributions on the Services, and metadata about them (such as when you posted them), are publicly viewable on the Services. This information may be found by search engines and be published elsewhere on the web in accordance with our Terms of Service and this Policy.
3.7. Disclosure regarding information received from Google APIs
AI Piping's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3.8. Google User Data
If you choose to connect a Gmail account to AI Piping, we will ask you to grant AI Piping application permissions to access your Gmail account. These permissions are necessary to maintain the functionality of our Services, as described in the Terms of Service. Specifically, we will need to access your inbox folder to detect replies to emails that have been sent via AI Piping. Our servers only store emails that you have sent via AI Piping and any responses you have received to those emails so we can detect replies, classify them, and provide access to them in your AI Piping account. All data obtained via the Gmail API is available in your AI Piping account. Additionally, we will store your authentication token and account email address. This data will be securely stored and used by AI Piping to provide you with the Services, including but not limited to logging into your account, sending emails via the AI Piping platform, accessing emails you sent, and viewing replies you received to these emails. Under no circumstances will this data be voluntarily shared with third parties; AI Piping would only provide this information to legal authorities upon their lawful request. Should you choose to disconnect your Gmail account or decide to close your account, any information from Google stored on our servers will be removed permanently. AI Piping does not use data obtained from our customers (from their Google accounts) for advertising purposes, including personalized, re-targeted, and interest-based advertising. Our employees, contractors, and any individuals, in general, are not permitted to access your personal information, including the data obtained via Google API. Access to user data by AI Piping could only occur after obtaining the user’s affirmative agreement, such as to resolve a support issue, provide advice on service usage, or offer any other help requested by the user. Additionally, we may access such information when necessary for a security investigation or to comply with applicable laws. 3.9 Web beacons
We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels”).
Please provide the specific contact email for AI Piping's Data Protection Officer to include accurate information.
4. Use of Information We Collect
4.1. We do not sell Personal Information
We do not sell your Personal Information to any third party.
4.2 Navigational data, cookies, and web beacons
A cookie is a piece of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, which the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. AI Piping uses cookies to identify and track visitors and your website access preferences. You have the option to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Declining cookies may prevent you from fully experiencing the interactive features of the AI Piping Services. Web beacons are electronic images (also called "gifs") that may be used in the AI Piping Services or in emails to help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. You can opt to not display gifs or pictures in your email clients to avoid being tracked by email web beacons. We also use Navigational Information to operate and improve the Services.
4.3 Use of Personal Information
In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we may use your Personal Information to: (a) improve your browsing experience by personalizing and improving the Services; (b) send information to you which we think may be of interest to you by post, email, or other means; (c) send you marketing communications related to our business or the businesses of carefully-selected third parties which we think may be of interest to you; and (d) provide other companies with aggregated and Non-Personal Information about our users — but this information will not be used to identify any individual user. We may contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, we do not transfer your unique Personal Information to the third party. Furthermore, we may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. These third parties are prohibited from using your Personal Information except for these purposes and are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
4.4. Customer Testimonials and Comments
We post customer testimonials and comments on our Services, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer's consent via email before posting the customer's name and testimonial.
4.5. Use of Credit Card Information
If you provide us with credit card information, we use it solely to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.
4.6. Service Providers
We employ other companies and individuals to provide services to visitors and users of the Services, and we may need to share your information with them to provide information, products, or services to you. Examples may include analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and customer data handling policies.
4.7. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We secure the Personal Information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All the Personal Information we process (e.g., use of the AI Piping Services) is encrypted via database encryption. All connections to our Website or Services are protected via encrypted connections, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. We store all email accounts or email account passwords used to provide our services encrypted. Remember, your account is protected by your password, which you should keep safe and never share. 4.8. Social Media
Our Websites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, like the Share This button or interactive mini-programs. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets may be hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.
4.9. External Websites
Our Websites provide links to other websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links does not constitute our endorsement of these other websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to any privacy and other policies they may have.
4.10. Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the Service or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information. If you provide information to our customers as part of their use of the AI Piping Service, our customers decide how long to retain the personal information they collect from you. If a customer terminates its use of the Service, we will provide the customer with access to all information stored for the customer by the Service, including any Personal Information provided by you, for export by the customer according to our agreement with our customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the AI Piping Service.
4.11. International Transfer of Information
If you are located outside Singapore, the information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored, and processed at a destination in Singapore. By submitting information, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing. We will take all steps necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. All our employees and contractors related to working with personal data as part of their duties sign agreements that cover AI Piping and their responsibility regarding the transfer of data to remote working locations other than Singapore. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if we transfer Personal Information to other countries.
4.12. Sharing with Third-party Applications
Certain aspects of the AI Piping Service allow or require you to connect with third-party applications or services. In connection with your use of any such third-party applications or services, such third parties may receive information about you, including your username and any Content you choose to use in connection with those applications and services, and such third parties may contact you directly as necessary. The AI Piping Service may automatically collect and upload certain data from such applications via direct integrations or proxy services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of such third-party applications and services, and we are not responsible for how those third parties collect, use, and disclose your information and Content. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties before connecting to or using their applications or services to learn more about their information and privacy practices.
4.13. Compelled Disclosure
AI Piping reserves the right to use or disclose your Personal Information if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and security breaches, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.
4.14. Data Retention
After AI Piping account cancellation, all the data within this account are due to be deleted within a 60-day period. At the same time, personal data of customers could be retained longer as needed for providing a legal and financial trace of past operations up to the time required by law.
4.15. AI Piping Database
AI Piping gathers current and historic business contact data. The data collected about individuals in the AI Piping Database includes: Name; Employer Company & Company Details; Office Location (Country & City); Business Telephone Number; Business Email Address; Job Title. We also hold data in respect of your employer company such as its name, size, industry, website, and industry. To provide certain aspects of its services, AI Piping requires a business email address to be recorded against profiles in its database. Where AI Piping does not have the business email address of a profile, it may generate a business email address based on the email address structure understood to be implemented by the employer company. The majority of the personal data we collect about you comes from publicly available sources such as from business and employment-oriented social networks, recruitment websites, and company websites. Information is also gathered from correspondence with you (by email or phone), from our clients, recruiters, and other premium data providers. AI Piping does not seek to collect any non-business-related data such as date of birth, home address, personal email, or telephone number, and AI Piping does not collect sensitive personal data. AI Piping obtains the data for its Business Profiles in several ways, including our search technology that scans the web and gathers publicly-available information, licensing information from other companies, and contributions from our users and customers through market research surveys, phone interviews, and other research conducted by our in-house research team.
4.16. Anti-Spam Policy
At AI Piping, we are committed to providing customers with tools and expertise to curate highly targeted and relevant communications via our platform. We monitor and prohibit the use of the AI Piping Service to send unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable laws, as stated in our Terms of Service, and require the inclusion in every email sent using the Service of an “opt-out” mechanism and other required information. We require all of our customers to agree to adhere to the Terms of Service Policy at all times, and any violations of the Terms of Service Policy by a customer can result in suspension or termination of the AI Piping Service. We also provide customers with the tools to manage their sending reputation, and our customer success team works closely to monitor all customer metrics and best practices to ensure high-quality and targeted campaigns.
4.17. To Unsubscribe From Our Communications
You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our emails or by sending us an email at info@aipiping.com. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails or notifications related to their account with us or the AI Piping Service.
4.18. To Unsubscribe from Our Customers’ Communications
Our customers are solely responsible for their own sales or marketing emails and other communications. We ensure that all emails sent using the AI Piping service have proper unsubscribe mechanisms (links or text + AI sorting + Auto opt-out). You can unsubscribe from our customers’ communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of their emails, responding to unsubscribe via email, or by contacting them directly.
