What is the Objection Handler?

This feature allows you to address common objections related to your product or service directly within your email campaigns.

How It Works

  • Objection and Handling Pair: You can add up to three objection-handling pairs. Each pair consists of an objection and a handling response.
  • Adding Pairs: Initially, one unit (objection + handling) is available. You can add more pairs using the plus button. Clicking it once adds another unit, and clicking it again adds a third unit.

The goal of these fields is to preemptively address common objections that prospects might have about your product or service. This can alleviate concerns and increase the likelihood of converting prospects into customers.

Tips for Using the Objection Handler

  • Identify Frequent Objections: Think about the most common objections your prospects raise.
  • Craft Persuasive Responses: Provide clear, concise, and convincing responses to each objection.
  • Highlight Benefits: Make sure your responses emphasize the benefits and value of your product or service.

Examples of Objection Handling Pairs

  • Objection 1: The initial cost of an electric vehicle is too high.
Handling 1: While the upfront cost is higher, Tesla vehicles save you money in the long run through lower fuel and maintenance costs.
  • Objection 2: Electric vehicles take too long to charge.
Handling 2: Tesla's Supercharger stations can charge your vehicle up to 80% in about 30 minutes.
  • Objection 3: Electric vehicles don't perform well in cold weather.
Handling 3: Tesla vehicles are designed to perform in all weather conditions. Our advanced battery management system ensures optimal performance even in extreme temperatures.
