Easily fix incorrect email integrations by reconnecting your email account through the "Integrations" tab.

If you encounter issues with your email integration or wish to integrate a new email address for future sending, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Sender Name: Be mindful that the sender name for ongoing campaigns is already set, and changing the email account will not update this name.
  2. Reintegrating Your Email Address: When a new feature is introduced, the AI Piping team may ask you to reintegrate your email to access the new feature.
  3. Navigating to Integrations: Go to the "Integrations" tab in the dashboard.
  4. Remove the Current Connection: Click on the "Remove Connection" button to disconnect the current email.

5. Reconnect Your Email: Click on "Connect" to add the new email address easily and quickly.
